Ms. Pond is an entrepreneur, inventor, speaker, author, connector, and technology maven. Linda's passion for technology began with her career as a registered clinical laboratory technologist and soon expanded to developing solutions for TeleHealth. In 2002, she created and co-founded Customer Connects® as a way to bridge customer relationships and help generate new business for its clients.  The company continues to hunt for new technologies and new ideas and assists its clients in bringing new products to market.
